If you are feeling nervous write a few notes about things you want to say and practice the conversation out loud (I’m not kidding). Also, standing up while you talk will make you feel more relaxed.

4. Don’t eat, chew gum, or smoke while talking.

5. Speak clearly: don’t mumble and don’t start every other sentence with “uh”.

6. Don’t get all sexy. Leave the phone sex until you know each other a bit better.

Start paying attention to the way you look and feel everyday. If you can stand to lose a few pounds, then now is the time to focus on getting in shape. If you know you need to stop smoking or drinking too much, then now is a good time to work on these issues. If you want to expand your knowledge, then take a class or go to the library and borrow books on interesting topics.

Feed your mind and body with good things and you’ll be amazed at the response you get from your ex love.

About 10 years ago there were a lot less famous people than there are now. In another 20 years there will be even more than there are today. I am finding however that there is an increasing amount of people alive who are famous. They’re everywhere!

Being a celebrity or being famous does not require that you were born with it. In fact this is virtually impossible unless you were born with a perfect face…resulting in crowds of people rushing to you all the time asking you to have their picture taken with you. Eventually you are approached by a modeling agency and you hop on!

Fame is still not created at this point.

You need to show up to do something well in order to become famous or a celebrity. A celebrity is someone who is celebrated for doing something right.

Tom Cruise is a great actor. If he did not pursue is acting skills and love for it when he first started out, no one would know his name. Donald Trump is a great deal maker. To him working with millions is the same as working with hundreds and thousands. By showing up to do a good job at what he is already good at he is creating his own fame. Thinking big always helps too.

The opportunities for fame are endless. All you need to do is find out what you love doing, what your strengths are and use those two answers with the positive energy you get from giving back to society to manifest the fame and popularity you want to see in your life. Put your passion first, and then aim for the highest star in the sky so you can live your passions to the maximum.

What really is reality? Two different people can be experiencing the same situation yet they have completely different experiences through the situation. Isn’t that amazing? What makes the situation different for each person? Their perception of the experience that they have created with their own thoughts and feelings and that is a part of the Law of Attraction.

Remember that reality isn’t what your physical eyes show your physical mind, reality is what your mind creates for your physical eyes to see. Mindboggling, isn’t it?

How you love, how you react, how you see your world is what your reality is. You can change your reality to a world that you want to live in by changing your way of thinking, your way of reacting, and your way of feeling. It can be easy as long as you keep practicing.

Let’s say someone tries to frustrate you. You handle this situation with frustration and you fume. This kind of reaction will continue to create a reality of frustration in some kind of form. Now let’s say you decided that just because someone tries to frustrate you, you realize that you don’t have to react with frustration. You can react with a calm and balanced self knowing that someone can keep their old frustration. You don’t need it and you release it and move on from it. This is the kind of reaction that will continue to create a steady calm flow in your life. Think how easily you changed your reaction and your reality changed.

Looking deeper and changing your perception will also help you to change your reality that you are living in at this moment. So let’s say you go to the office and there is that one person that seems like she is angry at the world. You perception is that this person is mean, never helps anyone, and doesn’t like to be around people. You can’t stand to be near her and you hope you don’t have to work with her today. This is your current perception of another human being. Now let’s take it a little deeper and see what really is going on. You don’t really know her but her life has been a very hard one. She lost both parents within a year’s time and she has been struggling ever since. She doesn’t want to get close to anyone because she is afraid she will lose them so she treats everyone the same…angry and mistrusting.

So now that you know her story does it make a difference in what you think of her? Do you now understand why she is like she is? Do you think you may want to get to know her just in case she wants to talk?

By just knowing someone’s story your perceptions change. Do this with everyone you meet. Think about what is under the surface of the obvious and see if you can see the true being that is living just like you. By digging deeper and seeing what is beyond the surface you can begin to forgive, begin to make new friends, begin to see that you really don’t know until you have walked in their shoes. This will help you to not be judgmental and opinionated about another’s life and by doing this, you will attract wonderful non judgmental and caring situations to yourself. This will change your reality.

You have all the power to change your reality. It doesn’t take much if you can really begin to align your feelings and thoughts with what you want and release reactions and judgments that can slow you down in your manifestation.
